This should not even be an issue. Obviously radioactive material needs to be delt with safely. Or maybe when our leaders want to throw radioactive material everywhere, it is proof that its too late. Short term monitary gain has resulted in one environmental catastrophy after the other. We can stop this. We must stop this!
